These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. We each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in Santa Clara County, California or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Our Services are controlled and operated from the United States, and we make no representations that they are appropriate or available for use in other locations in the world.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services and Products. Functionalities or features may be added to site at anytime and any Service may be suspended or stopped altogether without prior notice. You can stop using our Services at your will, although we’ll be sorry to see you go and hope you’ll come back again. NetR2 may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
